The only camp on Grand Isle with a beachfront swimming pool. With 4 bedrooms and 5 baths, it sleeps 18 people upstairs, making it a perfect place for family reunions  and corporate conferences/retreats. There are a variety of live/work/play areas upstairs, all serviced by broadband wireless internet: the main great room with living/dining/kitchen areas, the huge hallway that contains both comfy seating and work spaces, as well as the large studio area at one end of the camp that has a large conference/dining table in addition to a sleeper sofa.   All linens, dishes, pots and pans, etc. are provided, except for beach towels. There is a barbeque pit, but no crab boil burner, although you may bring one. To get to the beach, you have to cross over the levee, but the town is very good at keeping it mowed, so you do not have to wade through long grass.

Please note that the 2nd dining area in the back studio room is no longer there. It has been replaced by 2 full sized beds. There is still a 2nd seating area with the sleeper sofa and television.

Wide open view of the Gulf from the back deck.

Three regular bedrooms, each with their own bath, are accessed from this hallway. 1 bedroom has 2 twins & a daybed. The middle bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, a double bed and a daybed. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a daybed. Also there is a daybed in the hall. So the camp sleeps a total of 20 people. The sofa in the family room is also comfy enough to sleep on if you absolutely need 1 more spot, and a child would probably be happy enough on the love seat in the hallway.

A large studio room at the other end of the camp has a sleeper sofa & 2 double beds. The table & chairs are no longer there. There is an en suite bathroom and a private entrance to this room.

The great room has both living and dining areas.

The two large rooms are connected by a huge hallway lined with windows looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. The work stations have been replaced by a daybed. There is a door from this hallway leading to the pool via the back deck and, across from that door, is a bathroom with shower.
