Our current rate is $1,500 a night, paid in full upon making a reservation. We do not accept credit cards.

Any reservation made within 3 weeks of the reserved arrival date must be paid in the form of cashier's check, money order, cash, bank wire or some combination thereof. A $500 damage deposit is required in addition to the total rate, but it will be refunded in full if there are no repairs or extraordinary cleaning required after departure.

Cash needs to be delivered in person to Ms. Duet. Bank wire information will be provided as necessary.

Regular cleaning is included in the rental rate. Compensation for any extraordinary cleaning required for excessive indoor or outdoor trash not picked up, including fish remains, or significant damage will be deducted from your $500 damage/cleaning deposit.

If our property manager verifies that there is no extraordinary cleaning required or significant damage after departure, the entire $500 deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, whatever amount we deem necessary to meet our extra expenses will be deducted and any remainding funds returned. Since this has only happened once, we do not anticipate this situation occurring with any frequency.
