There is a 3 day minimum for camp reservations. The rates are:
Low Season - September 16 through April 14
$1,400 for 3 Weekend nights, with arrival on Thursday or Friday OR 4 weeknights
$2,200 for 1 week
Each extra night, when available, would be booked at a rate of $300 a night.
High Season - April 15 through September 15
$2,200 for 3 Weekend nights, with arrival on Thursday or Friday OR 4 weeknights
$3,600 for 1 Week
Each extra night, when available, would be booked at a rate of $500 a night.
Holiday weekends have a $500 premium which brings the weekend rate to $2,700
and the weekly rate to $4,100 for reservations which include Memorial Day, 4th
of July, Tarpon Rodeo and Labor Day.

Half of the rental rate is due upon making a reservation. The other half,
plus a $500 damage/cleaning deposit, is due at least 3 weeks prior to the
arrival date. As stated on our Info page:
Regular cleaning is included in the rental rate. Compensation for any
extraordinary cleaning required for excessive indoor or outdoor trash not
picked up, including fish remains, or significant damage will be deducted from
your $500 damage/cleaning deposit.
If our property manager verifies that there is no extraordinary cleaning
required or significant damage after departure, the entire $500 deposit will be
refunded.
